I am pleased to announce that the test knit request for my next pattern release – The Adams’ Blanket – has now been sent out.
This is a two-skein fingering weight baby blanket.
You’ve not seen this before. Not even in a sneak peek WIP photo.
I’m quite fond of fingering weight baby blankets. To me, they work perfectly as a light, breathable and delicate layer, but still warm enough to feel snug.
So when a dear friend told me she was expecting her first child, I instantly knew what I would be making.
I’ve grown very fond of this stitch pattern in recent months, and I figured it was about time I used it for something meaningful.
Gauge: 23 sts x 36 rows over 10cm x 10cm of garter stitch worked flat on 4.00mm needles after blocking.
Final Size: 63cm wide x 65cm high
Additional photos can be found on my Ravelry project page here.
Once the test knit is over the pattern will be released on Ravelry as usual.
If you want to be notified of the release so you can make this too, then please sign up to our posts…
