Test Knit – The Adams’ Blanket

I am pleased to announce that the test knit request for my next pattern release – The Adams’ Blanket – has now been sent out.

This is a two-skein fingering weight baby blanket.

You’ve not seen this before. Not even in a sneak peek WIP photo.

I’m quite fond of fingering weight baby blankets. To me, they work perfectly as a light, breathable and delicate layer, but still warm enough to feel snug.

So when a dear friend told me she was expecting her first child, I instantly knew what I would be making.

I’ve grown very fond of this stitch pattern in recent months, and I figured it was about time I used it for something meaningful.
