I am pleased to announce that my latest pattern has now been published.

Diamond Cowl

You can get it here on Ravelry or here on Gumroad.

Inspired by a muted and simple wallpaper pattern in the local DIY shop, this cowl design was born of a successful attempt to convert that pattern into a knitted chart! Even keeping the same colour scheme to give it an elegant and timeless look.

Materials:
~ 1 x skein of Midwinter Yarns black & blue in colour Welsh Mist for Main Colour – used approximately 80g
~ 1 x skein of Washford by Fated Yarns in colour Natural for Contract Colour – used approximately 45g
~ 3.50mm 60cm Circular Knitting Needle
~ Darning Needle & Scissors
~ Stitch Marker

Difficulty: Beginner/ Intermediate

Skills Used:

  • Knit & Purl
  • Stranded Colourwork
  • Knitting in the Round

Please note that the pattern instructions are written, but the colourwork motif is charted only.

And here is the Ravelry pattern link again for you. There is also a link to the same pattern on Gumroad for those who struggle with the new visual look of Ravelry.

Best wishes, Sam xox
