I am so happy to introduce you to Octavia’s Cardigan, a gentle and rewarding project designed to bring a touch of delicate charm to your little one’s wardrobe.

Octavia’s Cardigan is a pretty, classic top-down cardigan featuring short, raglan-shaped sleeves. Designed with simplicity and comfort in mind, the main body is seamlessly worked in one piece, allowing you to enjoy a smooth, rhythmic knit before knitting the collar on afterwards.
To give it a truly unique, vintage feel, the collar, cuffs, and hem all feature a delicate, beautiful picot cast-off.
For those moments when you want to add a bit of extra creative magic to your knitting, the pattern also includes instructions for optional 3D-effect crochet flowers and knitted leaves. These are appliquéd onto the fabric afterwards, creating a stunning, whimsical accompaniment to the picot edges.
